I love Ethos on Falls Road and the team there! They are so welcoming and the dispensary itself has a calming effect when you walk in from the outside world. They always have a parking spot open/free right out front so makes it super easy picking up my order when I drive there. Definitely check them out!!!

I’m a first time user/buyer. I suffer with neuropathy and was in search of new pain management particularly in the evening when pain is at its worse. I stumbled upon this dispensary and was treated with much respect, kindness and patience from the security guard who explained the process of ordering on line before I stop by, to the gentleman who explained the products. I chose a chocolate bar and the quality was awesome, a small amount did the trick for me as the counter man told me. They are very organized and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from this location in the future. Thank you from an older lady with zero knowledge of this form of pain management.

Insanely friendly and casual environment. Doesn’t look like your standard cookie-cutter dispensary either, which I enjoy. Feels like a place that I would want to chill and light up in. Vibes are always high and the selection is always great. Everyone is knowledgeable and ready to get into as much detail as you’d like about products. Always running great discounts/specials and have one of the best Tier systems for discounts that I’ve seen yet. I could go on longer, but you might as well go in and experience it all for yourself. This has become my new go-to dispo.

When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!

Fantastic selection and the prices are so good I stopped hitting my regular med place. The bystanders go above and beyond and actually KNOW their stuff. I’d sent anybody here—first timers or seasoned veterans! Love it.
