I am an older gentleman, retired now. I was curious to see a dispensary as I had never been in one. I had been to a couple of shops giving a ride to a friend but never went inside. I looked up Debbie's Dispensary on Google & since we had beautiful weather here one day, I decided to take a Road Trip to check it out. I was greeted by a nice young lady & a friendly fellow. Went in the back with him, very secure. I knew what I wanted [some edibles]. I had looked up their inventory from their helpful website. Very polite folks there, courteous & professional. The prices were lower than what I thought they would be. Another gentleman helped me out to my van which I greatly appreciated. All in all, a GREAT experience. Next time I go I think I'll bring them some cookies as a 'Thank You'.

Certified company does a very great job with customer service/ care for their customers. Their buildings are always sweet with artwork, colorful designs, awesome they remodel, old restaurants. And the quality of their house flower is spot on for the Ohio market, great strains, good prices & deals. Budtenders know there flower and can help. Come back again

Love this place! All the employees are so friendly and helpful. Picking out what you want on the Kiosk can be intimidating but they take the scary out of it. All you have to do is ask and they're right there to help you. Love the large choice of product and the quality.

Great customer service/patient service. The ladies are super nice. I just don’t like that we are not able to pay with card online and just pick it up. Their selection are not as wide as other places. Which is what prompted me to change the location.

I compared the prices in town, they are comparable with some deals here and there. Given the consistent level of their premium level strands, I think they give the best value. All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.
