JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. Love this place! All the employees are so friendly and helpful. Picking out what you want on the Kiosk can be intimidating but they take the scary out of it. All you have to do is ask and they're right there to help you. Love the large choice of product and the quality.

Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.

Very professional and seamless experience. Thanks for carrying the sugar batter. It’s very nice, if possibly a little too much non-cannabis flavoring added. One of the preroll brands (can’t recall which but it was ICE enhanced, I think) claimed to be 100% but small print notes ingredients not derived from cannibas. Terpenes I think. I don’t need flavor injections but maybe some prefer it? Other than that, awesomeness.

The employees there r always nice listen to what you want or what products are best to get. They r respectful and nice.

Went to Caroline Pharma as the closest choice to me, 15 mins away. I was impressed by the security available here. As a former resident of the state of WA, where there is no security (and places would get robbed all the time) I was very comforted by the fact you had to scan ID, and a nice sturdy locked door protected by keypad (remote or push button). I felt very secure. The attendant greeted us with a smile, and confirmed it was our first time here. We had a lovely chat and then onwards into the store itself. Very quaint area, I love that there are kiosks to order straight from the website. Very, very cool. We ordered, and the prices are very reasonable. We had some questions for our budtender, and she was extremely polite and helpful in what we needed. Left with a positive experience and will definitely be visiting again!
