What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp

the staff is absolutely wonderful they know me by name they know what I like all I have to do is say what kind of mood I'm in and they have exactly what I want and it works every time! now because they are a smaller establishment they're pretty rules aren't as much as I would like to see! the company runs smooth the bartenders know what they're talking about it's just a great atmosphere 10 out of 10 highly recommend one of the only places I shop at and there are plenty in my town just saying

I have to admit, past experiences here haven’t been good. But I heard they were working on speeding things up. So I went today to give another shot and I’m glad I did. Ordered online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It’s worth the drive from Ocean City to avoid paying the prices there. Well done improvements!

First time going to this Flower Bowl, I always go to the location on Michigan Ave. There is a couple of things right away I like about this location. First thing is, it’s way more spacious than the other one. Second, it’s not located on a dirt road and has a paved parking lot. And, just like the other location, they have a great selection and awesome prices. I’m happy this location opened.

Brittany was very helpful it was my first time there and she helped me pick out my edibles, my vape and my smoke. She was the sweetest and kindest person I appreciate her helping me .

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! Quite literally root down has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m a lifelong sufferer of Diabetes and I have extreme Diabetic neuropathy.
