Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

I've Been Shopping At This Fluent Location Here In Tallahassee For About 10 Months And I Enjoy The Variety Of The Products Being Updated Often. About 4 Months Ago And Employee Of Their's I Started To See More Often Named Ms. MYA That I've Been Tended To Is Very Imformative And Knowledgeable On Products Whenever I Have Questions About Anything I'm Not To Sure About. She Never Mind's Spending The Extra Time To Explain Until I Have An Full Understanding Of What I'm Purchasing Before I Walk Out Of That Store Which I Really Appreciate Every Single Time I Make A Pick-Up When Ms. MYA Is Working On That Day.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Atmosphere is chill & modern . I got a $1 pre roll for having an august birthday . Awesome . I got a 1/8 of GingerBread Man Flower . Super super dank , one of the best strains I’ve come across . Wish I could add a pic of the bud . Green orange and purple with super bright white crystals all over . Really realizing strain . I hope I can get it again one day soon !
