EVERY time I go to Liberty Baltimore I have a FAB experience. From the customer service, to the products offered to convenient parking...but really the customer service is the BEST.

I've found my go-to spot for medicinal cannabis at Liberty, and I can't help but rave about it. The team there truly goes the extra mile for their patients, making every visit feel personal and caring. It's not just the top-notch selection of products that draws me in but the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff who always seem to know exactly what I need. Whether you're a seasoned user or just starting out, Liberty's approachable vibe and commitment to health and education stand out. It's my favorite place, hands down, not just for the quality of their cannabis but for the genuine support and understanding they extend to everyone who walks through their doors.

Initially, I was skeptical about going to Liberty Norristown. Driving is painful for me. I'm located in Spring City Pennsylvania. It's a 9.9 mile drive. Fortunately, I arrived at 10:30 AM on Sunday. Service was EXCELLENT. The staff ensured that I knew the products offered, and offered the best prices I've seen. This is my favorite dispensary in my 5 years as a patient.

Staff is amazingly helpful and always strives to get you the best deal, the selection is vast and the rewards program is unbelievable. 10/10 would recommend!

Every staff member has a smile and a greeting, they remember your name. They can help put together products for the price you want to pay and you won’t be disappointed- they know the product. I always feel uplifted when I leave.

Such a beautiful modern looking dispensary, very clean and very knowledgeable staff. There was a product I’ve been looking a few months for and they had it. This is the first dispensary that I’ve been to that had a terp bar and I love that idea. I’ll definitely be back soon

The quality of the product here is hands down by far the best in this area. I've been to 3 other dispensaries, and will never go back again.This is now my home . They do also have some deals once in awhile at Breakwater.

I absolutely love this place! Only been here twice but it is now my only go-to in Irving. The guys are super nice and helpful. They are not pushy with trying to just get you to buy a bunch of stuff. Will definitely be back!

Ever since recreational started, they really have gotten a hold of the line. But I am leaving a review on one specific visit where a gentleman named, Dalton Watts was a huge help. I think he overheard me talking with Beth about some of my issues and he recommended RSO, which I really appreciated. He gave me a lot of advice and went above and beyond. Beth also made sure that I know RSO was made by glass roots, which was also helpful so I had two team members helping me as a customer and I just was blown away, but their knowledge, Patience, and as always friendliness. This is my favorite dispensary by far not just for product but also because there’s a smile on every employee’s face. I will be back.
