One of the best local shops in the NC area, if you ask me. Very informative and friendly people--and consistently good bud! I've yet to use the lounge, but I'm looking forward to the day where I can get a good gang of friends around for a good sesh. Thank you for all your hard work and services! Hoping that everything will be just fine come November and we can keep on living the good life and sparking up as we always do.

I have been coming here over the last few weeks. Dakota has helped multiple times, he has made it easy to know which strains and products I need to grab for the day. Most places will forget once or twice to ask your number for rewards not here they have always remembered. The rewards system is the only one I'm apart of aside from McDonald's that is worth it as well. I high suggest this place if you want good product service or a fun time!! 10/5 stars!

Everyone is so friendly there! Sara, Tiffiany, and Brian are so helpful and make you feel comfortable during the entire visit. First dab is free btw! I am now an active regular and I not only enjoy the new store but I love interacting with the employees. Go check them out if you’re in Chattanooga! If ordering online, these people know what they’re doing when it comes to CBD. I live with chronic pain and this is a daily staple in my life. Mets DC was phenomenal. They had outstanding customer service and the hospitality there was out of this world. The owner was very nice to me. He attended me with nice attitude and served me with a smile on his face. The store is very clean. They offer fast weed delivery and their actual storefront is open, which is amazing nowadays in DC , I highly recommend checking out this dispensary without any disappointment 10/10

Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Seriously though if you are tired of standing in line for 30-45 minutes at d#$tr!ct or crammed in at Ri$3 then come on over.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, since I recently moved to Maryland. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked through the main doors. Josh gave excellent help when I was looking for pain relief for my back. He patiently answered my questions about product, strains, etc. I'm not a smoker and prefer edibles, and he gave good suggestions for those as well. It may seem like there isn't a lot of product on the floor, but there is a lot of variety of product; all you have to do is ask. I also liked that they will help you apply for a medical marijuana certificate. That is value-added customer service! I'm a Remedy fan now.

The service I received from Thom today was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. He informed me about the points, that I didn't even know I had, and how they could be used towards my purchase. I lefted there feeling great. Thom, is an asset there, and I'm truly grateful for his service. Plus, It was very nice for the Releaf Shop to give their customers, a free drink, on the hottest day of the week. I will be back. This was my first time at this spot, I had a small issue, I came to buy 2 ounces and I could only buy one and I misunderstood them about the 20% discount. You have to join their rewards club. Super friendly great bartenders. I actually had two today cause I had to come back in to get another ounce as a rec patient. The budtender checking me out helped me with my 20% discount. I was able to leave with my two zips and I will absolutely be back. Like I said s super friendly and absolutely helped me as I live 30 miles away. They made it so I did not have to come back tomorrow. Thank you star buds.

So medical customers are required by MD law to be prioritized by all dispensaries. They are doing what they are supposed to- making this comment based on another review. But I’ve been going to this place for several years. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in making recommendations based on your needs if you have pain, problems sleeping, anxiety, or just based on your past history. They’re so kind from the front door to the way out. This is my go to after trying several places.

The store has nice ambiance and a convenient menu. The employees were friendly, and when I looked lost browsing, Heather helped me choose a new product, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Overall, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.
