My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

I have only been 3 times I have tried 8 different types of weed and 2 different flavor of gummies. Overall I like them and they have helped with my pain. There is some that I have tried they smell good I personally don’t like the taste. I will continue to shop here.

But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. I absolutely love Nirvana! I’ve been a regular since December. They have a wide variety of products as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff! The staff is the reason I love going so much. They’re extremely kind and really care about their clients.
