I absolutely LOVE this place, the people and the prices! I go here even though two (maybe even three) other places are closer. The whole environment gives no anxiety. From pulling into the parking lot to showing my card at the door to talking with the two people at check-in. The whole process is so stress-free and relaxed, even when I forget to add something else to my order.

Very quaint and attractive venue with up and coming vibes. I’d love to see this establishment continue to flourish and grow. Great quality product and the bud tender, Brandy was very informative and willing to educate me. Will definitely shop with them again.

I can't say enough good things about this dispensary! The atmosphere is inviting and laid-back, making every visit a great experience. The budtenders are phenomenal—knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help you find exactly what you need. Plus, their inventory is vast and the prices are unbeatable. Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!

If you read reviews you’ll see that they’re either legit reviews about the place being good and the people being friendly, or the review is from an idiot. One who forgot their cards, (dispos don’t take both ids) or one who cancelled their card and travelled without an active card. The others are the internet equivalent of j6ers who aren’t patients that are upset some yahoo who wants clicks tried to film people on private property and put them on the internet. See for yourself. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the store is clean and well stocked and they do their best to care for their patients who they truly appreciate.

everyone is always super cool very helpful they never seem to push an up sell or a product just for the sake of selling it, this is the main dispensary me and my wife use, now this is just my experience once a week for as long as I've had my card

They always have something good in my price range, and the location is convenient to downtown Binghamton. if you order ahead, you'll be in and out fast, but everyone is so nice, you'll want to stay and visit for a moment.

The Farm is so convenient my only problem is they are so much higher than Columbia Care. I don't even deal with Best Buds in Dover Columbia Care always runs specials, sales special promotions which really helps offset some of the cost. I love going to The Farm it is so close and convenient but for what I spend monthly it pays to drive to Smyrna to get a lot more product for the money. If The Farm would start offering some specials it would really boost business.

Service at the store is great but they rarely answer phone. And when you place an online order, you have to call them and tell them bc the system doesn’t notify them. Kinda defeats the idea of online ordering.

My 1st time attending this business and I was very pleasurable. It was serviced by Rebecca she took her time and was very knowledgeable on conditions I had and what to suggest for me. She was accurate once I went home and experienced the call outs she made. I will be attending very pleasant atmosphere.

This is my favorite dispensary in my area. The staff is so awesome. It's like my 'Cheers' in 2025 lol. "Don't you wanna go, where everybody knows your name? And they're always glad you came." Along with the promotions they have going on all thru the week. I'm always there.
