I’m a new customer and new to some of the dispensary procedures. I spoke with their Pharmacist who was so very knowledgeable and an overall polite person! I went inside after the phone call with the Pharmacist. Front door staff were also super polite including the security staff. My budtender was the best! She knew exactly what I needed and provided many options. She explained how everything worked include grinders, vapes, pens, etc. Prices were reasonable and I received a great discount due to being new and first responder. Some reviews had me seriously worried but after going there in person, hands down excellent place! Highly recommend!

Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. The fact the security held the door open for me to make sure I could easily get in and out of the store and offered to get me a wheelchair means the world to me. He went above and beyond his duties and it’s something I’ll never forget 11/10 highly recommend them!
Went to Caroline Pharma as the closest choice to me, 15 mins away. I was impressed by the security available here. As a former resident of the state of WA, where there is no security (and places would get robbed all the time) I was very comforted by the fact you had to scan ID, and a nice sturdy locked door protected by keypad (remote or push button). I felt very secure. The attendant greeted us with a smile, and confirmed it was our first time here. We had a lovely chat and then onwards into the store itself. Very quaint area, I love that there are kiosks to order straight from the website. Very, very cool. We ordered, and the prices are very reasonable. We had some questions for our budtender, and she was extremely polite and helpful in what we needed. Left with a positive experience and will definitely be visiting again!
