My husband and I shopped here and Ryan was amazing. He helped us find what we were looking for and really spent a lot of time getting us the best deals for what we were looking for. While there we chatted with a few other employees. I wish I had caught their names as well, they were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping again here. Amazing people!!!

everyone is always super cool very helpful they never seem to push an up sell or a product just for the sake of selling it, this is the main dispensary me and my wife use, now this is just my experience once a week for as long as I've had my card

I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. They took the time to educate me on the different products, explained the benefits clearly, and even introduced me to options I didn’t know were available to help treat my medical conditions. I’m really glad I stopped at this location and will definitely be shopping here again.

They always have something good in my price range, and the location is convenient to downtown Binghamton. if you order ahead, you'll be in and out fast, but everyone is so nice, you'll want to stay and visit for a moment.
