First off, Trinidad is a place u have to visit if u smoke. I’ve never seen a towns economy more driven by dispensaries. It’s a cool experience. 2nd off… once u get there, this dispo is a must. I’m a complete strain and quality snob n this spot was an amazing balance between the top tier quality I need and surprisingly low pricing. So low that I expected to walk into some popcorn or shake OZs based on pricing, that were instead exactly what I had hoped for. I grabbed a zip of 28% Blue Dream for 65 OTD and some fiiiiiiiire Super Silver Haze live resin Gs for like $14 each. I went to a lot of the dispos while we were in town and this is the main spot as far as I’m concerned. (Not to say I didn’t grab a few things elsewhere too cause this town is amazing) Customer service was great as well. I think I dealt w the owner or manager on day 2, a very polite and accommodating woman budtender who got me exactly what I needed. Day 1 was even better as I had a different budtender who got me all hooked up while we had a chat about weed n South Park Easter eggs that are really true in Colo. Oh and one of the most important things, which I can’t say for all the spots in Trinidad… THEY UPDATED THEIR LEAFLY MENU ACCORDINGLY. I went to another spot next door and went 0 for 4 on strains I wanted that had appeared online days before we got there and even after I had brought it to their attention. Underground Station is dope!!! Go check out Trinidad for a weekend n clearly make a plan to stop by Underground Station both days and load tf up! I’ll be back for sure.
As a medical patient of THCU, I never cease to be amazed by the helpful, knowledgeable, and caring budtenders, Jeff, Joe, and Carlos. Great visit. Have been all over the country visiting multiple dispos, talked to hundreds of bud tenders. This visit was with the best yet. Garrett is a deeply erudite guy who can answer any question you throw at him. Very intelligent!! This guy deserves a corporate spokesman position.
The staff was super cool inside of this dispensary. I was in the area for the eclipse, and it was a great stop.

The place has good vibes, employees are authentic and eager to help you. Menu is big had a lot of everything only bad thing I could say which isn't too bad is we haven't gotten any weekly deals yet I know they are in the works just can't wait to see what they will be.
Been coming here for about 6months and I love it. Just wanted you to know that I didn't get my new renewal card for $25.00 & you need add$100.00 ,not very happy but it's over and hopefully I will be there until I hear back from the Medical Marijuana.

Walked in yesterday for the first time, and I got exactly what I needed. Smoked a pre roll that I purchased and it was some top quality stuff. Definitely will be back!

Super clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, above-and-beyond customer service, and they're super patient and kind. Only had a line one time that I've been there, but it moved quickly, and there is a steady stream of people coming and going. Staff were excellent helping me find the strains I wanted to get the effects I needed, as well as taking the time to explain all the details, like how to use each product, which terpenes did what, the process the different concentrates are made by, and really took the time with me to make sure I had the best possible products for my individual needs while keeping it all in my budget. This is my go-to store, and I'm really strong about supporting good businesses and good customer service, so I won't go anywhere else. They even keep your history and notes in their computers about prior purchases, preferences, and needs. Really on top of the game there. Having Happy Cloud right next door is icing on the cake- same company, same amazing service, and they will hook you up with all the supplies you need, from wraps to vapes to rigs. They also sell a lot of work from local artists and I prefer to support my community businesses anytime I can over faceless mega corps.
The best in town. BY FAR. I'm not wealthy by any means. And I will spend more money for the same product. And its all because of there customer service. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. This dispensary has honestly become my go-to spot. The staff is always incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every single time I come in. The girls there make the whole experience comfortable and fun instead of awkward or rushed, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. They always have awesome free swag, deals, and little extras going on, which makes it even better. The atmosphere is clean, chill, and just overall good vibes every visit. On top of that, the product quality is consistently amazing and the staff always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. Easily one of the best dispensaries around — great people, great products, and they always make you feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend.
