This was my 1st dispensary experience in Arkansas. We have a total of 3 in my area. Delta is considered the premier dispensary in the city. I have honestly had great experiences in each one. I love Delta's rewards system, my favorite is double points days on Mon-Weds. Also location, location, location its right off the interstate.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Noel because she always does an excellent job providing great customer service! Very knowledgeable about the products. She also informed me about a few strains and edibles that would help with my knee pain!! Also another shout out to Corey who did an excellent job as well informing me about the new products and their effects!! This is the BEST DISPENSARY IN THE CITY PERIOD!! BIG THANKS TO ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE WORKING AT THE FOREST!! YOU GUYS ROCK!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE!! These guys are so good at their jobs. This is the first dispensary I went to and I was so nervous when I walked in because I didn’t know what to do or anything but they helped me feel at ease right away and even though I spoke at a minimum they got me exactly what I needed, tailored to my needs as a patient. I’ve been sticking primarily with this dispensary location since I became a patient and have strayed very very little. Very professional informative and genuinely ready to help every person that comes in, with equal care and attention.

I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

Some of the places in Memphis have mediocre products. This place surpasses them, in my opinion. You can’t beat good customer service and good people. I’ve been here several times and each flower has been fire!!!!

I met and interacted with Londyn and Sara. They were very helpful and respectful. I like the effort they both made in removing any negative stigma or vibe from our transaction.
