The staff has always been kind helpful people who are knowledgeable about the products which is very helpful while trying to choose the correct medicinal flower for me. The prices are good here and I can always find an affective medicinal strain to treat several things that I have going on from pain to sleepless nights.Much more than that even. It helps with many conditions.

While my first experience was somewhat lacking, the owner went above and beyond to correct and make their desire for patient service & satisfaction known. I've been here several times and now I don't go anywhere else. The staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. Immediately upon entering I felt comfortable. They never make me feel as though I'm asking too many questions even though I have many each time I come in! Did I mention their selection?! They have so much! First time here but have plans to return very soon. It is a bit of a drive for me to get to but it was worth the trip. Upon arrival the strain we wanted was not available and staff was able to help us find a suitable alternative. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was a quick as we wanted it to be and I didn’t feel rushed to get through even though they were busy. Atmosphere was clean, very cool and chill.

The staff and the quality of the products are outstanding at Best Bud+ in Kosciusko. The staff takes time, listen and truly help their customers. They consistently provide great customer care and I appreciate that. I’m on a fixed income and they offer discounts. The budtenders and the manager are fantastic and truly care. And we all need that in this world.
