I have ptsd and anxiety issues and the staff have been nothing but respectful and helpful ! they have answered any questions and concerns I've had and have even got me started on right path with my own garden !! the medicine quality has been some of the best in town !!

this place is absolutely gorgeous on the inside as well as the outside.the gentleman that helped me today was an absolute blast to talk with.he was kind and patient with me as it was my first time in there buying something for myself like ever.i told the gentleman what I was looking for right down to the last detail and he came through for me.and even gave me some good recommendations on what to get and or try.which by the way I am so glad I did because it's all amazing.i will definitely send friends family and even co workers their way for business any time.i definitely give this place if I could a 100 star rating in my honest opinion.

I have not found anything I disliked about this place. they are so helpful. I have Lupus and have trouble with vision right now. they read labels 4 me . I use the terps to help and they are wonderful about helping me with that. they are friendly and knowledgeable and very patient cannot beat them.

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! the only thing I dislike is my visit ending. their customer service is through the roof amazing. they are knowledgeable and kind. I live the variety of products and the way they are displayed
