After working through the various options near me, I've settled on this place as possibly the best shop in terms of cost, selection, and atmosphere.

I’m just going to say it took me waaaay too long to find these folks! I’ve been a MD med patient for a few years but only recently became acquainted with Revolution Releaf and it’s amazing! Really good deals, especially if you’re medical, fresh stuff, nice rewards system, and such friendly staff! Good recommendations from the bud tenders and always such a friendly welcome at the front door. Clean, cool, friendly place. Well worth a visit and some time.

I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

The service and product at Gold Leaf is a rare and much needed in the lives of so many patients and recreational users. The quality of service is out of this world. They know how to pick incredibly helpful and talented staff. Not to mention the amazing products ! Evan M is an incredibly knowledgeable, informative, patient, helpful and wise. Evan M was not rushing me out the door like another number. He took time to expand upon information that is so beneficial to me and I really appreciate how detailed, descriptive, and helpful he was. I had a visit from the manager Gemma and I felt incredibly valued as a patient and I appreciate her management style because whenever she is there I can tell the staff is relaxed and taking their time with patients. I was shocked and in disbelief how much time Evan M, Gemma, and Alex L took to tend to me and continue to expand on informing and educating me well after my sale was complete. Shout out to Evan M (budtender), Alex L (Aroma), Gemma <3 , and Monet (reception). I appreciate the quality of your care. Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, amazing product I didn't even begin to mention that GoldLeaf has an incredible selection. They have the lowest prices and they always have a deal. Absolutely Outstanding Store & Exceptional Manager! This store is truly top-notch. The selection is great and they only carry quality products. Selection is well organized, and also easy to browse. The whole place has a welcoming, relaxed vibe that makes you want to browse to see what else you might want. While we were there, one wall was being hand painted by an artist into a mural and it was finished when we returned the next day. Cool. I especially want to highlight Ryan, the manager I dealt with. He helped resolve a small billing issue and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. This really made an impression. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers are outstanding - and customer friendly store policies allowed him to take care of me. You don’t see service like this very often anymore, where the staff principals both care and are allowed to do their job to support customer satisfaction. Five stars all the way. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this store to everyone I know!

Great experience at Crabtree. Went through the drive thru and used the pay by bank feature. The online order was filled in 5 minutes and I drove up and drove off in less then 2 minutes. This is my new favorite shop. Convenience is King.

All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.
