What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Very clean and well run dispensary. Inventory is updated regularly on their website. Spacious parking lot. They couldnt have picked a better location. A walk away from Dorchester Brewing and the shopping plaza.

Everyone inside is super helpful. The selection of products is great and just keeps getting better- there's always a new strain to try here. Preordering ahead online has always been a smooth experience. I highly recommend this dispensary!

Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.

Can’t wait to get back there and get Triple Scoop. Perpetual hits another home run. Taste has a nice spike to it. The exhale sends you to pandora. Eastern Cannabis is a must or go out of you way to go there. I travel from Beverly. Have no problem dealing with traffic to go there. I pass 5 other dispensaries that are way closer. That’s saying something.

She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. Best dispensary I’ve ever been to hands down. Sure, I’ve been to places with better bud selection available but their prices are UNMATCHED on almost all fronts excluding like concentrate. Also I’ve never felt so comfortable entering any place of business, every single staff member is so lovely to the point I just want to hang out and talk to them. They’re very knowledgeable on the product as well, you can ask these people anything. Do yourself a favor and visit Sanctuary on your next run because you will be anything but disappointed.

Know about ATG through my sister that lives closer but when I’m up here I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stop by this place, Definitely on my list of go to places.

Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.
