Very nice clean store, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Didn’t have an issue finding my online orders, plus informed me of deals going on. Since I was first time buyer they also informed me of the discounts I could get (I was getting items on sale so I couldn’t add that to the checkout).

I was in there today and Bobby helped me and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products. Bobby was very helpful and pleasant to chat with. I’m very pleased with the service Bobby provided.

I am always amazed at the great service. I was helped today by Carly, she helped me understand the point system and saved me some money. She was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.

I rarely shop anywhere else. Calm cool atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff that answer all my PITA questions about terpenes and such. When they don't know something they look it up or ask. I like that a lot. I have a nasty movement disorder and they carry a strain that helps and they always keep what I need in stock.

What is to dislike? The staff, quality,and atmosphere is well worth the price! I don’t mean that like it’s expensive. The rosin is some of the best I’ve had, and I just returned from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and they have rosin that is the same quality. Don’t shop around. GET SOME!

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

First time shopping here after making an order for pickup. I never got the ladies name who works at the desk, but she was very kind and already had my order at the register waiting for me. Quick and headache free. Also, if I remember correctly I believe since i made my order on the Leafly app there was 5 percent off? Can’t beat that with a stick. The product itself actually and truly surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be returning and returning.

Today I went in to get my goods and I had just gotten out of the hospital and the man that helped me he went above and beyond to help me! He asked if I need a chair and then I forgot to get the debit card from my husband he even went out and got the debit card from my husband! Everyone at the Sarasota store has always been helpful to me in every way! They have always gone that extra step to make sure I got the best deals and service. I drive an extra 10 miles but worth the drive. Just good folks who know their stuff. Popped into Texas Hill Country Vape needing a new tank after mine crapped out. The manager Alexis hooked me up quick – no fuss, no pushing fancy gear I don't need. She was even able to save me a few bucks by throwing in a deal after I was ready to pay sticker price. Place is clean, no annoying music or weird smells. It honestly feels more like a place that's trying to be a part of the community, rather than some sketchy head shop vibe. They stand behind their product's quality and their recommendations have been spot on, which is always a nice peace of mind. If you're around Blanco and want honest help without all the smoke and mirrors, this is your spot. Solid people.

The owner Marlon is great. He's very friendly and easy to talk to when it comes to asking any questions. He is knowledgeable about the products he sells. He's great with his recommendations. It makes me feel comfortable shopping at his place knowing he follows regulations and guidelines. Everything he does is above board and safe. Smokaton has the best products that I simply can't get anywhere else nearby.
