Very friendly. I’m from out of state, so I wasn’t sure of the process and the woman who answered was easy to talk with and helped me. Delivery was prompt. HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of happy hour! Really helped me enjoy my vacation and appreciate the nature trails here. 10/10

After you've gone to several shops in Missoula, I feel safe in saying that this is the best location for product. ...It's amazingly clean. ...You're incredibly informed on products. ...the staff (Emma) PHENOMENAL person to have on the store front. Very nice and helpful herbal baristas that are pleasant to talk to. The space is small, clean and colorful. Easier on the community since “retailers” are legal now and that makes it more comfortable. namaste

I’ve been to Prescribed Burn many times. The bud tenders are exceptional human beings. They know their product. The owner will always check in with the customers when he is on site. Their deli service is wonderful. Being able to see and sniff the product before buying it really is nice. The products themselves are always on par with what I am looking for. The quality is far superior to many of the other dispensaries I have visited. Not only is it tasty and effective, it is clean. The flower burns to a fine grey/white ash. No black clumps at the bottom of the bowl. Also, their dabs are amazing.

My new favorite place to get what i need. It's not often i leave a store with a big ole smile on my face. Great products with daily deals, but what will keep me coming back is the atmosphere.
