They literally have everything from cheap smoke to nice high quality product. They have everything you could think of, edibles, concentrates, drinks - Check them out! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, DC and Grayson are the bomb!

My budtender was incredibly polite and respectful, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful recommendations without any rush. Their knowledge and friendly demeanor made the whole process very comfortable. I also want to commend the store manager and the overall customer service and support. It's clear they prioritize their customers, ensuring a welcoming environment and top-notch assistance. Any questions or concerns were handled efficiently and with genuine care. Awesome dispensary, I have been coming here for almost two years and I’m always impressed with the amount of concentrates at varying prices (normally atleast one $10 option with a range up to around $50 for some really incredible stuff). Furthermore they actually take customer feedback seriously!
99% of the time staff are friendly and excited to talk / show off some flower. I've had some great recommendations and some okay ones, mostly good though. Prices seem fair and the tiers give you a good idea of the quality of bud (though some weed 'brands' are clearly better than others). I've had staff recommend not buying a specific product there because it was way up-priced. I appreciate this.

Absolutely love this place. They have amazing products. Amazing prices. And an amazing staff. They always have great recommendations and are patient/happy to show me all the things I ask to look at before making my decisions. The reward system is awesome. And they’re restock is so FAST. I went in at noon a Friday and purchased their last SDK cookie. They had more that evening a little after 6pm. I love this shop. I will always recommend it.

I absolutely love the shop. Phoebe and Omega were absolute amazing. This is the only shop that I go to and I refer everybody too. You have such a great selection and it’s always financially friendly. Service is amazing and kind and I always leave with what I need. I’m terminally ill and they always help me find The best products to use.

I’m from Eugene but every time I visit family in Bend I always stop by Substance on division. They are always so welcoming, helpful, and prompt. I’ve always had great experiences each and every time, and I highly recommend this place to people I know

I stopped by this Nectar last night and had an outstanding experience thanks to Andrew, one of the budtenders. He's got an awesome Grateful Dead tat on his arm. Hell ya. Andrew was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. Not only did he assist me with my purchase, but when I was short by ten cents, he generously covered the difference himself. His kindness and humor made the entire experience enjoyable, and I felt truly taken care of. Thanks to Andrew, I will definitely be back to Nectar to get my gummies. Highly recommend! Since moving into the neighborhood, this has become my go-to dispensary. They have high quality stuff for reasonable prices, and their staff is always super friendly and helpful. I went into their new location (a block away from the previous one) for the first time today, and Taylor could not have been more awesome. I was having a stressful day, and her on-point recommendations and and kindness helped me turn it around. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in NW Portland!
