Contrary to another review, they ask you to lower your mask for literally 5 seconds so they can see your face to match your ID...all while behind a giant plexiglass divider. Some ppl like to exaggerate I guess. Overall, great selection and knowledgeable staff. Definitely check it out.

These folks know their stuff *and* they genuinely care about the people who come in. The specials are good and they always return phone calls. I feel welcome and respected there. Warm atmosphere.

This store is really cool. They had a really wide selection and the guy who worked there was really cool; talked to me a while about snowboarding and Mt. Baker...definitely a friendly vibe with great products.

Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

I love walking into this place! So nice and clean - not creepy and dingy like so many off island places. There is always something new to try and a great variety from all over Washington. Sean doesn't carry anything he can't personally endorse so I know the product will certainly meet MY expectations. The best part about this pot shop - they care that I have a great pot experience. They don't just want to sell me something - they want me to enjoy my purchase and come back and tell them what I thought about it. Can't say how much I love this place. Any pot lover visiting Orcas should definitely swing in here and meet Sean and the crew. Wide variety of products including local NWC which used to be my favorite - but I'm personally hooked on Noble or DNA gardens now. Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.

The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

I LOVE UGC!! All the bud tenders are friendly and knowledgable about their product. selection changes all the time which is great for variety. Not a big dispensary, but it's a really good one.
