Staff is extremely knowledgeable on products and patient with customers. Sometimes they have a low selection on wax, cartridges, and pre-rolls, however when stocked up they have a great affordable selection. The layout is customer friendly and the products are displayed well. I would choose Top Shelf over WCO any day.

I recently had an interview here, they decided to go with someone else, but they were so kind and the owner even called to tell me they went another direction which I've never had a job do before. It was so professional and i really appreciated it, she even gave me 2 joints after the interview I'm definitely going to keep giving them my business!

I am always treated like family and they always have the best deals on EVERYTHING. The absolute only time I ever go anywhere else is when I'm in another state. This place is AMAZING! They have every kind of everything from Platinum shelf flower to stony edibles. The budtender greet me with enthusiasm and are genuinely happy to be there and serving CJ, Kerby and the surrounding area. The facility is clean and the people are attentive. They have amazing prizes in their loyalty program which I signed up for. I'm a huge dabber and their selection is HUGE! Trisha the manager makes it a point to come out and interact with the customers and with her staff which seem to love her. They are all super knowledgeable and if they dont know they will research and learn with me right there! The store is beautiful. The products I found are quality, displays are in inviting . I’ve been in this store three times. Myself and the same friend, both of us found the one Bud Tender ( male, long hair, glasses) is always sarcastic and this last time very rude to my friend. I refuse to have him help me . Next time I will call him out. Younger gentleman with blonde hair, glasses is very knowledgable and friendly.

This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.

I shop a lot of local shops. I’m so tired of going to dispos to just get all this commercial weed. It’s an empty high. I called cannabis experience and have never been disappointed. The other shops in Medford just don’t have the same quality. They give there opinion on the high vs the percentage . Thanks buddy you always come through

Great experience everytime! Everyone there is very friendly and outgoing. They were very knowledgeable when I needed help going in for the first time. They are great with keeping stock of everything and if it's not there they always give the best options to replace. I had an issue with an online order through leafly and they made it right without me asking. Things happen, they get busy, we all know things get lost easy with electronics. But they still made sure to not let me walk out without being 100% happy. I will be a returning customer until forever.

Nice solid selection, I'm mostly after carts and the occasional edible - also have some specific preferences or curiosities due to unique health issues. As someone who is new to the legal market after years of not smoking, and who often has some challenging questions, I've found some budtenders here struggling to direct me at times. A lot of new faces with varying degrees of knowledge here.. though there are some extremely well informed tenders that I'm grateful to learn from as I shop.

Shopping here feels like being a kid visiting your friend’s house whose mom is kind of scared/anxious of you being in her house but will never actually say she thinks you’re weird out loud. Like she’s still really nice and includes you despite the concerned looks she gives you that see from the corner of your eye every once in a while. 10/10 this place is my go to.
