I’m from Eugene but every time I visit family in Bend I always stop by Substance on division. They are always so welcoming, helpful, and prompt. I’ve always had great experiences each and every time, and I highly recommend this place to people I know

The shop is big with easy parking. I enjoyed my bud tender and they recommended some fire Vanilla Orange Sprinkle.

Me n my homie came in earlier, was his first time n I hadn’t been in for a bit. Me n my homie got 3 different strains. Lime dawg, biscotti, garlic sherb. N man the weed has been some of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend

I’ve never been to your shop, but I’m researching dispensaries in the Tigard area, so I’ve been reading your reviews. There are a couple of names I keep seeing over and over. AVERY received a few shout outs from happy customers. DANI is mentioned alongside glowing homage to her stellar customer service skill set, in SO MANY of the reviews by people it seems she has made your customers for life. Just sayin’…anyone who monitors this thang. Word to your Moms.

I absolutely love the shop. Phoebe and Omega were absolute amazing. This is the only shop that I go to and I refer everybody too. You have such a great selection and it’s always financially friendly. Service is amazing and kind and I always leave with what I need. I’m terminally ill and they always help me find The best products to use.

This is my go to dispensary! The people who work here are SO nice and helpful. I’ve been at different times of the day and it’s never too busy or crowded. Plenty of selection and price points.

What happened and where did they go?! Phresh Cannabis has always been my #1 "Go To" place to buy and I would travel all the way from Beaverton, and now from Hillsboro, because their products were the best around. Jordan and his staff have the most outstanding customer service and everyone there is friendlier than most of the dispensaries in that town. Please please please bring them back!!

I think this is a great dispensary! I will let people who are interested in seeing a Leafly menu know this much: There is a TON of excellent flower, oils, cartridges at amazing range of prices! There is even right now a strain of bud they have that is over 35% THC!!! (I didn't try though) I am a medical customer so the prices I am mentioning are medical. There are Ounces priced $25/$50/$75/$100. Also there are several 'tiers' of all really top quality flower as well. They have the most cartridges in any one store I have seen in awhile, with excellent price ranges. Though they may not have a Leafly menu; their hours are posted and I recommend you stop in and find yourself A) Some great deals on excellent product, B) Super friendly budtenders, C) mellow 'ma - and pa' kinda atmosphere that is neither pushy or trendy. They have come around with new associates who are friendly and really have knowledge of the products they sell. A big change and welcome to see. Buds are outstanding. A great improvement in service and a nice open floor where everything is on display.
