Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. Then AFTER 2 more days they called asking if I'd lost something. After much reviewing of video they concluded the 200 they found was mine!!! ELEVATION ROCKS!!!!! AWESOME ETHICS ON TOP OF EXCELLENT BUSINESS PRACTICES

Very nice and helpful herbal baristas that are pleasant to talk to. The space is small, clean and colorful. Easier on the community since “retailers” are legal now and that makes it more comfortable. namaste

I love this place it’s alway’s nice they have a drive through and now they have strawberry cheese cake and coffee best place ever so thankful for them there like family love the people love the professionalism love them! They are fucking rockstars also if you don’t have a lot of money they have great deal’s with a point system love that also! Like I said they are family thankful for them and there service! I love walking into this place! So nice and clean - not creepy and dingy like so many off island places. There is always something new to try and a great variety from all over Washington. Sean doesn't carry anything he can't personally endorse so I know the product will certainly meet MY expectations. The best part about this pot shop - they care that I have a great pot experience. They don't just want to sell me something - they want me to enjoy my purchase and come back and tell them what I thought about it. Can't say how much I love this place. Any pot lover visiting Orcas should definitely swing in here and meet Sean and the crew. Wide variety of products including local NWC which used to be my favorite - but I'm personally hooked on Noble or DNA gardens now. Thanks Sean and Token Herb for the clean, friendly and knowledgeable service you provide to our happy little community! Hope to be a patron for years to come!

They are so fantastic! I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.

Great selections, friendly budtenders. The store is open during COVID season with phone and online ordering only. Curbside pick up available. Excellent premium strain choices (not sure why it’s bad that it’s pre-packaged, some dispensaries just dump the packages in the display anyway), from flower to pre-rolls, concentrates and edibles: Sovereign, Sweetwater Farms, FloraCal, Kings Garden. Budtenders are very kind and patient, and they actually remember you!

Ignore my ratings on service because I couldn’t end up going in, I am a med patient and can only go in medical dispos because of my age. Not their fault at all but Leafly lists them as med and rec, they are ONLY rec.
