I've been to 10 dispensaries in Southern/Middle Washington. This is my favorite shop so far. It's the only shop where I totally trusted the workers were listening to me and not just trying to push some product. The vibe was 100% positive. Uncle Ando's had a few odd products I couldn't find anywhere else.

Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. I love this place...77 yr old woman--- quality of herb has greatly changed from the hippy days. I recently fell victim to essential tremors and I have found that the edibles with cbd cbn and thc give me serious relief in the evening and much needed sleep. I have found the staff is very knowledgeable and works with me on making sure they have the products that help. I feel good about their expertise and am thankful to have them enlighten me with todays marijuana

The staff is always there for you with the largest variety of Phat Panda strains in the area. Bargain prices for quality flower plus, Hoquiam is never crowded and the membership points add up quickly for additional discounts.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable on products and patient with customers. Sometimes they have a low selection on wax, cartridges, and pre-rolls, however when stocked up they have a great affordable selection. The layout is customer friendly and the products are displayed well. I would choose Top Shelf over WCO any day.

Recommend visiting. Lovely location and has a great view of the Bay Area and is connected to a nature trail. Can not wait for Covid to improve so that we can use their patio deck area and enjoy a joint while looking at the water. Fun place to visit. Good prices. This is by far my favorite shop in town! The deals they have are always 25% off and always consistent with what I am looking for. The selection is great but also the budtenders there are INCREDIBLY nice and knowledgeable, I refer my friends here all the time and haven’t heard a bad comment yet, everyone seems to be very pleased with this shop. Amazing atmosphere and it always smells so good, they definitely know how to hook you up with what you’re looking for.

I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.
