They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Stopped in here to pick up an online order as I noticed they had a strain I had really wanted to try. The price good, the staff was very friendly and informative, the store had a cool vibe with a kind of modern rustic decor going on, and the actual product was above and beyond my expectations. I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.

Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

I love , love, love this place. Visiting from Arizona, and staying with non smokers, I'm very limited on what I can smoke while in Wa. The staff patiently listened to my likes and preferences and my visiting situation, and they got me exactly what I needed.
