Location was good as it was close to where I was visiting. Customer service at the front desk was the bomb! Jesse welcomed me and was SO helpful and entertaining! Not only did I get all my questions answered but he educated me on some of the strains I wasn't familiar with. Loved the first impression of this store thanks to Jesse. Left feeling like I was a valued customer, and will definitely be back before I head down south. PS I've been in quite a few dispensaries and not many of them have employees who act like they really care about their customers. This guy shows it. Thanks so much.

I went into their new location (a block away from the previous one) for the first time today, and Taylor could not have been more awesome. I was having a stressful day, and her on-point recommendations and and kindness helped me turn it around. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in NW Portland!

I have a transition disorder... I can't change direction in a timely manner! I live 5 blocks away. I also live on cartridges and their prices are as good as anywhere else. I do use flower both to smoke and also for tincture and oil. I love high quality medicine but can't always afford it. I got an oz of the Techo Butter yesterday for $40 and I'm happy with it. Also, I think for such a small space, it is cute that they were putting up a little Christmas tree. Also appreciate the bulletin board for general info. I will be - right back.

This is the BEST spot in Portland. For the help, for the “products”, it is all I have wanted/needed for over a decade. Now they have been “bought-out”. This place is AWESOME!! Already the new owners have brought in their products (named after their COMPANY; “Hot Box”). I love when a spot is named like it was named by an eleventeen year old who just smoked for the first time. I will have to find a new spot if they stop getting what they already get, and only supply “their” products. After a decade at this AWESOME spot.. nothing lasts forever. Please DO NOT CHANGE this spot. Please LET IT BE. Hot Box..ugh. Please, please keep it all the same. New favorite dispensary after one visit. Prices were good, staff was very helpful at picking out something that matched my needs, and the atmosphere put me immediately at ease (which is saying something given one of the main reasons I use cannabis is crippling chronic anxiety). Smoking some Pineapple JGR I picked up there the other day and highly recommend it for a mellow and tranquil high with the calming benefits of a 2:1 CBD:THC ratio Also gotta love the pot leaf pride flag out front and the lovely floral mural
