This was my first time purchasing from a dispensary, so I was kinda awkward. Despite this, everyone there was super nice! At first you’ve gotta check in with proof you’re 21+, then after that you head in. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and I feel bad for seeming in a rush. Definitely worth the visit!

I enjoyed shopping and getting recommendations with tristan and anthony. Very cool staff and the prices and selection are very reasonable. 50% off on Fridays. This is my go to spot for my weekly needs.

A gal with a similar name to me, maybe it was the same spelling or slightly different. was very helpful and knowledgeable. She tried to find the same strain I was used to, but ultimately I went with her dragon balm recommendation to alleviate the pain in my feet and back after a car accident. Sept. 13th, 2024

Great selection and prices! Quality sale selection as well. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Organic grow! They have a selection of inexpensive paraphernalia if just need a short term piece. Worth the easy drive from Reno!!

I fully appreciate the family-owned and grown aspect, as well as the family and friends-of working vibe. So happy I stumbled into such a marvelous space. they do good business In and out if you need to be, but traditionally welcoming environment if you haven't a clue your freedom to make an informed decision is more to less, respected and won't directly inconvenience anybody like you know you've delt with at other dispensaries that who's name I will not mention.

Very clean and professional store. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. The selection of Smokiez was the best I've seen yet compared to other stores. Definitely will be returning.

When I used to live in Alameda, this would be my go to shop. Super friendly staff, great service and knowledge of everything on display. Anytime I head back to Alameda, I’ll be stopping here for sure. And their merch is super cute

Wow, wow, wow! D’Ann went above and beyond to help me out. Even though Elevated didn’t have my strain, they made sure I didn’t walk away unhappy. This level of friendly service is simply unmatched anywhere else in the bay. Highly recommend, especially if D’Ann is behind the counter!
