Love the attention the customer is given to answer questions, for demonstrations and information regarding the products they are selling. The environment is fantastic and positive. The staff are knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer there is enough staff and someone is bound to know the answer. The service is welcoming and with a smile. This is a review of their medical facility, Vermont Patients Alliance. I wanted to let medical patients know that this is an excellent medical dispensary - I've been going to VPA a couple of years and, as one of the patients on a fixed income, they are ALWAYS able to help me. I also must say I am new to specific terpenes (and marijuana, in general) helping my particular issues and Nashanda, one of the bud tenders, has been very helpful to me. Definitely worth checking out.

All of your product is super clean and very smoothe. Each variety offers a unique and distinct quality that is rarely found. The Slurricane was exceptional as proven by the awards it's won. My friend described it as an instant trip to outer space. The Grapefruit Zushie was the most incredible weed I've tasted since the Sage the year it won The Cannabis Cup. It smelled like grapefruit and the extreme high was as distinct as its scent. It combined the potency of the Slurricane with the subtlety of the Blueberry/Cherry. The London Pound Mints also offered the same quality of a clearheaded and motivational experience as the Grapefruit Zushies and Oh-Asis. The 22 Fumez is my favorite because it doesn't mess around. I like it because you suggested it for me to try and it was spot on to what I need to calm me down. Marijuanna makes me buzz around like a hummingbird and I appreciate when something really combines well with my unique receptors. Thank you for providing a unique service. The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

This is my absolute favorite place to shop for meds. The strain selection is phenomenal and the cuts are amazing. They offer great daily deals and are super friendly. I literally went here the first time and never stopped. I’ve been to a lot of places throughout the state and this is by far my favorite. Staff without a doubt goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Definitely recommend the tarantula legs. ATM on-site as well.
