My Budtender on the med side was Bailey. They were so helpful and so kind to me. Picked out everything I wanted and the product was perfect and great. Knew what I needed from my feedback. I absolutely LOVE this place, the people and the prices! I go here even though two (maybe even three) other places are closer. The whole environment gives no anxiety. From pulling into the parking lot to showing my card at the door to talking with the two people at check-in. The whole process is so stress-free and relaxed, even when I forget to add something else to my order.

I have 2 small puppies who I care for daily. Ascend welcomed them as I made my purchase. Very cool. Place across river was very condescending as they said "dude" dogs aren't allowed. Well bye bye then CWN. Good Job Ascend.

Overall, great customer service. Dabs are great! Wnc disposables are fire great pricing. Highly reccomend and they always make things right.

Parking lot is small but security has your back and will get you in and out. You can get great weed lots of places but this store has a vibe. All the employees are great. Literally made me feel like I was out shopping with extended family. Got some great deals and had a blast too. Thanks guys!

Great place, best prices I'm 50 miles. Use to go to the ones in Coldwater, much better prices and selection. We'll worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Sam is an excellent salesman he knows his product and encourages you to try different products. He really listens to what ur looking for. Ask for Sam he will make your despensery experience great.
