I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. fav dispensary by far. first of all it looks REALLY cool in the lobby and in the shop. so i would recommend going even if it’s just to see the interior. The workers there are super helpful and recommend strains that will be best for you and help you find anything you need. i don’t feel embarrassed to ask questions and they are super patient. i love the packaging and quality of the products as well. the menus are up on screens in large print so it’s easy to see. i would definitely recommend especially to someone who is just starting to buy from dispensaries.

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

Super nice folks with some super nice weed. Landrace weed is already hard enough to come by and SKMS puts so much effort into not only quality, but maintaining a great variety as well. When they're put of flower, they'll do discounts on prerolls so don't be afraid to ask! The African strains are fantastic for ADHD and the Tibetan strains will put you to SLEEP but my heart is in the Middle East with their Afghani and Pakistani strains.
