Great conversations with the staff, lots of variety in the cartridges. The transportation credit is another plus. First time visiting, definitely will be back!

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Aside from having phenomenal products, the people there are mental medicine. If I could live there, I would. My experience was magical. If you need medicine and love, this is the place to go!

Great location and very friendly staff from the people at the door right up to the bud-tenders. Amazing selection of products, it’s probably 1 of the bigger menus in the area. It was my first time here and I really just came in for a Puffco Peak Travel Glass I couldn’t find anywhere else lol but after signing up for their vip/rewards program and I’m guessing they must’ve also applied the first time customer discount cause it got knocked down from $125 to $85. Their house brand flower Natures Heritage is for the most part really good (strain depending). After this experience I’ll def be back again.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Great dispensary, knowledgeable staff, and top-notch herb. only downfall, it is in New Hampshire and because of that fact it is pricey. The Chichester location is only 5 minutes from my work, so the convenience is cool

Went today to give simply herb another chance. Haven't bought from there in at least a year. Low and behold they have a 7g Bananaconda slamming. For only 35 it has a great taste for Simply Herb.. I'll go there again for it!

Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.

I had been to a dozen shops in Massachusetts but after my first time going to Bud's (in Abington), I realized that this is the best shop in the state. Very fair pricing and great daily deals (Bud's "Lil' Buds"), an awesome atmosphere with an old-timey soda fountain vibe, and the staff is awesome!

Can’t wait to get back there and get Triple Scoop. Perpetual hits another home run. Taste has a nice spike to it. The exhale sends you to pandora. Eastern Cannabis is a must or go out of you way to go there. I travel from Beverly. Have no problem dealing with traffic to go there. I pass 5 other dispensaries that are way closer. That’s saying something.

Was shopping in there today, Hailey was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable which seems hard to come by in med stores lately, store is always clean and usually you get in and out pretty quickly.... would definitely be back..

I live in Beverly and visited OWR today for the first time (found a specific Brand I was eager to try on Leafly). LOVED it! Order was processed quickly. Experience was smooth, efficient, staff was friendly. Will be back!

I come here at least 2-3 times a week. I live right in Plaistow, NH, so it’s legit a 3-4 minute drive. There’s a few other dispensaries around the area and quite a few more if you just drive out a few miles further, but this is THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE AREA. In my opinion anyway and I’m positive many more would agree. Actually I’m rather quite surprised to see only 1 review on Leafly about this place, but whatever. Great knowledgeable staff, sooooo many products to choose from so you will have quite the decision to make and if you don’t have a ton of money, they usually have gram for $10 or pre-rolls for $10 sometimes even $5 now. And lots of times have $30 8th’s and sometimes even cheaper. Can usually always find a good deal. So there’s something for everyone. They legit have more bud options than any dispensary that I’ve ever seen or been too, and that’s the 100% truth. I’m telling you, if you’re live in the area or are just passing through…..YOU HAVE TO STOP IN THIS PLACE!! You won’t regret it.

Best dispensary I’ve ever been to hands down. Sure, I’ve been to places with better bud selection available but their prices are UNMATCHED on almost all fronts excluding like concentrate. Also I’ve never felt so comfortable entering any place of business, every single staff member is so lovely to the point I just want to hang out and talk to them. They’re very knowledgeable on the product as well, you can ask these people anything. Do yourself a favor and visit Sanctuary on your next run because you will be anything but disappointed.
