This place is genuinely my favorite shop to go to and it has some of the most amazingly kind and understanding people who work there. They truly are the best shop on the res.

I had such a wonderful, I had such a wonderful visit to top, notch exotics and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly and offered their own suggestions and each person that works as a specialty, you know, for those who are specific about how they like to indulge and and sometimes you could even be invited up to the lounge, which is very nice, makes you feel like you're in a friendly atmosphere, very high recommendation.

I had a great experience at this dispensary. The staff was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable—they took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and welcoming, which makes the whole visit feel comfortable. And most importantly, the product quality is excellent. Everything I picked up was fresh, well-packaged, and worked exactly as expected. Highly recommend stopping in!

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Brooke was great assisting me with a small issue with a past order. They made it right on the spot. This here is the exact reason (besides prices) I have been coming here for years. Anyone reading this should give them a try and amaze yourself with great products, friendly staff and a relaxed experience. They will take care of you and point you in the best direction for whatever your cannabis or cbd needs are.

Been a beleaf customer for a while now (2ish years) and I am greatly disappointed by the changes. The loyalty point program that I have been adding to while not shopping at other shops over the last 2 years has been almost rendered pointless. The website has been overcomplicated and slowed down to the point it is actually difficult to look through the product and the chat option no longer exists or is impossible to find. So disappointed with the "new" of it all.

Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.
