Had a mishap with a product, typically you would reach out to the brand and the brand will be happy to help and dispensaries do not really like to help. The experience I had today was the exact opposite!! The brand Turn was very stand offish not admitting or apologizing for manufacturer problems BUT the dispensary really stepped out and went above and beyond to help me get what I paid for. I really appreciate the connection with the community from the dispensary. Because of this really positive experience I will be back!!!! KAT IS GREAT!

I'll tell you what. This was the best experience I've had in a long time. They are great and professional. Their custermer service.....awesome. you don't find alot of that anymore. I've been a regular customer here for over a year now and they (most of the lady bud tenders and egregious a few of the guys) treat me like a v.i.p.! They have decent sales but when you build a rapport the bud tenders they will hook you up. i spend a lot, i tip every time, and i ALWAYS have a good experience when i visit Mint.
