Absolutely love this place, they know just what I want with a few descriptive words of what I’d like. The girl with the purple hair is particularly kind. I have anxiety issues and when I walk in she is calming and I’m glad to be there.

Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

The "name" says it all as, I bought some "Face Palm" which, CURED me of many ailments including BEING CONSCIOUS. I recommend the GARY PAYTON, though "GARY" still owes me 5 DOLLARS and a gram. Have been coming here since they’ve opened and it’s been my dispensary of choice since! I used to go to Ayr in Woodbridge but hated their entrance ramp (given the right circumstances it could cause a multi vehicular collision), how they don’t prioritize medical patients (20 rec customers come in while 1 med patient waits 15+min), and how they’re music is booming (trying too hard to resemble a club). Bloc Somerset however, has very calm clean vibes. Not sterile like a doctor’s office, but designed tastefully. I love their online ordering system as it makes popping in and picking up a breeze. The staff is great and always lets you know your allotment, their rotation of discounts is also awesome! Best of all their location isn’t treacherous, very convenient parking.
