I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

Manny, Vanessa, Willie, Sarah And everyone who works here is extraordinary! They take their time with you and are so knowledgeable! They are not trying to upsell you. They are trying to get you the medicine and delivery method that is right for you. These people are so pleasant and fun. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!
