Recently obtained my medical card and the team at Rise couldn’t have been more welcoming on my first visit. Friendly, knowledgeable staff from check in to check out. The dispensary is very nice and they are currently doing construction to expand. I purchased bud, vape, and edibles- all are legit. Great dispensary. Highly recommend.

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

The staff were polite, helpful , professtional. I am 86 years old , I have arthritis and I was embarrassed to go in store . The staff made me feel welcome from the security guard to the staff inside the store . I was happy with my purchase and will return. my store is the Mattoon , IL. branch. Thanks.

I've been doing business every 3 to 4 weeks for over a year with Carolina Hemp Hut. Every time I've dealt with customer service, they have gone the extra mile. A rare commodity these days ! Strictly FIVE STAR !

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.
