Went after working and close to closing time. the budtender was super patient and super awesome. Gave me 3 recommendations that i tried and have absolutely glowing reviews on all three and their quality.

This place is the best. Safest selection and environment and very female friendly (meaning it’s bright warm and open, not like those hole in the wall dark places where the employees stare you the whole time you’re there) great staff that care about your well being and aren’t pushy at all. They give great discounts for first responders, military, and teachers too! Emerald is a diamond in the rough for sure.

This is honestly one of the best hemp shops in DFW. Pat and Abby are amazing, as are Tracy and the others. Very welcoming, very friendly AND they're all VERY knowledgeable... They're terpene nerds, and just all-around, genuinely decent folks. I always buy my Friday Flower here. Their "Grape Fanta" absolutely nukes my current world events anxiety for a few hours. And their Purple Haze (if they ever do another batch), COMPLETELY held up to the vibe of the song! Absolutely would recommend!

I tried this dispensary out for the first time this week and I was pleasantly surprised. The product selection is great as are the prices. The ordering and payment processes were seamless. The delivery was very fast too.

The staff are excellent. They're helpful and knowledgeable. I can ask questions, and they don't make you feel weird about it. It always feels like they're genuinely happy to be there too.

I am new to this atmosphere, and was in way over my head when I first walked in. But Mr. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the difference between the strains and what would work best for me, and I tell you, these night night gummies? They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Kyle knew his knowledge about every product he brought up. I just told him what my symptoms were and what I was looking for, and I walked out with some night night gummies for night time, and a sativa vape for during the day time. And I see the difference Mr. Kyle was talking about. I just need a few little toots off my vape in the day time, and I have the energy and motivation to get whatever chores I may have, to get done. I highly recommend this place to ANYBODY looking for alternative medications. And if you're lucky, Mr. Kyle will be there, and he'll make you feel so welcomed, and you'll walk out with a lot of information gained. I will see y'all next week. 5 stars for Mr. Kyle!!! Best dispensary, great product, awesome people,great service, (i dont feel like a bother or inconvenience),the way some other dispensaries do. I would drive 30 miles through tornados,in a storm, so bad couldn't see past my hood. I recommend everyone do business with Nova.

I have place 2 orders on line. And both orders were ready to be picked up within 15 minutes. Just pull up to the window, showed my card, paid for the order, and done. Couldn't be any easier.

Love this shop! Definitely top tier. Its the only shop I've gone to for years now! The bud here is high quality. They care about it from start to finish!
