Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Seriously though if you are tired of standing in line for 30-45 minutes at d#$tr!ct or crammed in at Ri$3 then come on over.

I’m just going to say it took me waaaay too long to find these folks! I’ve been a MD med patient for a few years but only recently became acquainted with Revolution Releaf and it’s amazing! Really good deals, especially if you’re medical, fresh stuff, nice rewards system, and such friendly staff! Good recommendations from the bud tenders and always such a friendly welcome at the front door. Clean, cool, friendly place. Well worth a visit and some time.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, since I recently moved to Maryland. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked through the main doors. Josh gave excellent help when I was looking for pain relief for my back. He patiently answered my questions about product, strains, etc. I'm not a smoker and prefer edibles, and he gave good suggestions for those as well. It may seem like there isn't a lot of product on the floor, but there is a lot of variety of product; all you have to do is ask. I also liked that they will help you apply for a medical marijuana certificate. That is value-added customer service! I'm a Remedy fan now.

This location has an extremely welcoming staff. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is the only one in Tidewater I use because the staff here knows what’s up. They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.

Evan M was not rushing me out the door like another number. He took time to expand upon information that is so beneficial to me and I really appreciate how detailed, descriptive, and helpful he was. I had a visit from the manager Gemma and I felt incredibly valued as a patient and I appreciate her management style because whenever she is there I can tell the staff is relaxed and taking their time with patients. I was shocked and in disbelief how much time Evan M, Gemma, and Alex L took to tend to me and continue to expand on informing and educating me well after my sale was complete.
