I rarely write reviews. I will this time only cuz I’m shocked how many negative comments are here and low ratings over petty things. This is literally the best weed shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve shopped in three states for the entire decade or so it’s been legal. These folks communicate well, without talking out their a** like most of the budtenders I encounter elsewhere. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they admit that. They don’t just tell you a bunch of buzz words to dazzle you into a sale. On the other hand, they patiently teach me all sorts of stuff about terpenes, delivery mechanisms, etc. any time they aren’t too busy. For the first time in my life, I’m able to walk away with actual medicine, not just a bunch of pretty stuff that smells good. I’m able to get real relief without as many unwanted side effects. You might pay less other places, but you will get what you pay for in terms of both quality of product and quality of personal interaction. Also, while I don’t love the local charity they choose to rally behind, I DO love that they try and give back to the community in that way. I especially appreciate that I can be trans, disabled, and autistic and still be treated with complete respect and kindness there :)
Tokyo Starfish is hands down my favorite shop in Bend! The prices are great, the budtenders are all extremely helpful and some of the best bud I have ever had.
The people who work at T3 are top notch. I do occasionally shop at other dispensaries but this one is my favorite because of the service and knowledgeable staff.
I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.
Visiting from Washington and was very impressed with this store. The staff helped explain local laws and were very nice about it. The store was beautiful with great product quality as well. Will be back next time I'm in town.
This truly is a gem of a dispensary. Firefly has perfected their craft and continues to exceed expectations time and again with their product. I fully appreciate the family-owned and grown aspect, as well as the family and friends-of working vibe. Every individual that has assisted me there has been incredibly personable, knowledgeable, discreet regarding patron health, and compassionate in their interactions. So happy I stumbled into such a marvelous space. Highlights for me: -Classic Afgooey perfection! -THC HONEY! -Homemade Lemon Cookie edibles that are simply sinful in its decadence for the tastebuds, and a friendly warning to be at home if you’re going to eat the whole thing (which is hard not to) -The work that has gone into their concentrates... well, just picture a mad scientist creating increasingly excellent products EVERY TIME – verging on diabolical, I tell ya. -THE CUSTOMER SERVICE Each person there has brought something special to my day with their genuine vibe and kindness when I visit. Everyone at this dispensary always meets me where I am mentally any given day and guides me to the appropriate products with an empathy that means the world to me. Thank you so much, Firefly friends
The gentleman that helped me today at checkout with my items is always so friendly and is also very knowledgeable of the products in the store. I also enjoy how he usually tries to suggest to sell something like today. For example, the drops you can add into your beverage. I have never heard of those before and while I didn’t have the funds with me today to purchase, those, I will be purchasing those in the future. It’s always nice to get quality products at a fair price, but it makes the experience even more special when the bartender is friendly and personable.

Comfortable shop to walk in and ask questions and purchase product. Knowledgeable staff that you can comfortably ask questions. My favorite shop!

Unlike neighboring retail cannabis shops, this place has a little class. For example, it doesn’t have show a lot of obnoxious advertising outside. Great service, knowledgeable staff, great product.
I've been going here for a couple of years now. Good prices and selection. The staff is easy going and knowledgeable. I have never felt like I was being "directed" to higher priced products nor rushed to decide. Over all a great place. I don't feel like I have any reason to go anywhere else.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I went in and asked about a strain in a vape and was told no one there had smoked it yet. As a medical user, trusting my budtender is a HUGE deal. I would rather hear "I don't know" than hear fake fluff about it. I trust this dispensary. They ALSO donate to a veteran organization that's helped me.
It was n.ot kule when restock. Cl,osed them down. Early. And when. They closed early without any explaining…. Now, a yeaR later they are on point. Floyd's in Port Angeles! Well, I’m still new to town, and I came from a non-420-friendly state, so walking into a shop and getting a bag of goodies is still a little like hippie Disneyland to me. But in a good way. I’ve been to a few cannabis shops in town, but I always come back to Floyd’s; it just feels comfortable. The folks are well-informed, well versed about all aspects of their wares. Today Adam was particularly patient and informative with me as I waffled with what I wanted. What seems to be lacking in the retail industry is patience and knowledge; Adam had an abundance of both, much appreciated. The selection is delightful and, well, I just cannot say enough, great prices, great products, great people. That’s a business model I can support.

Great people great service and there flower is what you pay for pink lemonade is the best and Hawaiian punch I still have my Texas ID and they let me use it since I just moved back
Just moved to Everett and found this dispensary in a top 3 list online. Glad I did, was greeted (ID'd) and informed of specials by the gentleman at the door, short wait and my pre-order was awaiting me. My Budtender was awesome, as most seem to be. Order was run up, save some $$ for being a Veteran and out the door I went ready for the weekend. First time here, made me feel welcome. Thanks.
Quality has gone up the last review seems kinda old I walked In and got an oz for “under 40” Price is fair and reasonable, place is small and upcoming. Staff is friendly and their suggestions hit pretty hard
Staff was quite helpful. Management is decent. I know ownership changed but as long as the prices stay the same. You'll see me again. I recommend this kushmans location in particular.
Just moved here from Texas and this little shop is right down the road from me. The staff here have been nothing but welcoming and knowledgeable as I adjust to this new "Legal" life lol. Shout out to Graham! Big fan of their prices, especially on their 2 pack pre rolls. I almost always walk out with more than I planned to get because they have fantastic deals every day! Out of the few shops here in Mukilteo, this one will always be my go-to!

Such a wonderful first experience! I stopped by to grab a disposable dab pen before heading on a hike with some friends. The girls working there were incredibly helpful and the shop has a wonderful selection on pens with a great price range! Sam helped me find a great tasting pen that had me and my friends upbeat and giggling the whole hike! Such a fun atmosphere, great selection, and wonderful staff! Will definitely be stopping by again and would recommend you do too!
