Love this place the customer service was a 10 with a gentleman named Ben. He was very helpful and educated me on products -when I'm back in the area I will definitely visit Ben.

All the employees at Oregon bug company are very nice. There are educated about your products. Always greeting with a nice smile even when they are super busy.

Customer service was amazing, unfortunately product is not. I ordered some shatter and upon opening the package found it to be ooey gooey and not solid like shatter should be. Not sure how I'm going to get it out of the package without wasting most of it.

Ive been a long time (11 years! ) customer of the og HQ. I absolutely love the new location too! Its so spacious and cute! They bring the same high vibes and top notch customer service as always. I notice they have a more curated selection of flower and I love the new walk up edible display! Im always looking for my top shelf concentrates, and they never disappoint. It's hard to sit here and read the reviews of people who are not truthful! Yes you have a favorite shop but there is no reason to badmouth others! Each shop has its goods and bads. If you buy anything at any shop and walk out it is on you not the shop. It is all personal choice we have 5 shops in libby and they all serve the purpose they are spose to. Keep it local and smoke on!!!!!

The flower is all hot fire and you can not beat the service there. Last time I was in I told them “dealers choice” on the flower and they knocked it pit of the park.

Moss Crossing is the best dispensary but Leafly is awful and difficult to use. I hope MC goes back to their own web site, I think it was on Dutchie - it was MUCH better and easier to use. Leafly is irritating and counter-intuitive and I dislike it.
