This is my corner spot and I absolutely love them. Every employee is kind and knowledgeable, their products are consistently stellar, and I am disappointed when I go anywhere else.
Everyone is always super nice and helpful. The shop has lots of cool merch and accessories on top of good quality weed.
Had a malfunctioning product which is a chance they also take but the budtender happily helped me contact his boss who personally came in an made it right. Hella big ups. Awesome thoroughly. This is the BEST spot in Portland. For the help, for the “products”, it is all I have wanted/needed for over a decade. Now they have been “bought-out”. This place is AWESOME!! Already the new owners have brought in their products (named after their COMPANY; “Hot Box”). I love when a spot is named like it was named by an eleventeen year old who just smoked for the first time. I will have to find a new spot if they stop getting what they already get, and only supply “their” products. After a decade at this AWESOME spot.. nothing lasts forever. Please DO NOT CHANGE this spot. Please LET IT BE. Hot Box..ugh. Please, please keep it all the same. Absolutely amazing. Great deals, excellent staff. Highly recommend. Negative reviews clearly is someone who doesn’t shop there and just has some kind of personal issue. Been shopping here now for years. By far the best dispensary in the area. Definitely go there. Also, I live right near there and have NEVER seen a houseless individual or anyone other than customers and employees there or in the parking lot.

99% of the time staff are friendly and excited to talk / show off some flower. I've had some great recommendations and some okay ones, mostly good though. Prices seem fair and the tiers give you a good idea of the quality of bud (though some weed 'brands' are clearly better than others). I've had staff recommend not buying a specific product there because it was way up-priced. I appreciate this.
