I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.
Love this place.. Lacynda is the best budtender ever. She's educated, friendly and wants to genuinely help the patients.. Everyone there is amazing.. Good product and prices.

This truly is a gem of a dispensary. Firefly has perfected their craft and continues to exceed expectations time and again with their product. I fully appreciate the family-owned and grown aspect, as well as the family and friends-of working vibe. Every individual that has assisted me there has been incredibly personable, knowledgeable, discreet regarding patron health, and compassionate in their interactions. So happy I stumbled into such a marvelous space. Highlights for me: -Classic Afgooey perfection! -THC HONEY! -Homemade Lemon Cookie edibles that are simply sinful in its decadence for the tastebuds, and a friendly warning to be at home if you’re going to eat the whole thing (which is hard not to) -The work that has gone into their concentrates... well, just picture a mad scientist creating increasingly excellent products EVERY TIME – verging on diabolical, I tell ya. -THE CUSTOMER SERVICE Each person there has brought something special to my day with their genuine vibe and kindness when I visit. I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.
I love the online ordering option. Always friendly vibes. When I first started smoking, they helped me find great strains for exactly the type of high I was looking for. They also have a 25% off discount for military/veterans. Obviously military can’t really use it, but it’s awesome for veterans! Thank you Western Bud for your appreciation of military men and women!
I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.
I was in on Mother's Day and was helped by someone named Alyssa (shorter person with short hair) ...AMAZING service. They were so kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. That's the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. 10/10 give this person a RAISE
Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.
Joey was our bud tender and he was knowledgeable, pleasant and did not make me look stupid. I wanted CBD for my cat as his arthritis is a problem with his sleep

I met with Skylar 7-23-24 looking for specific products that would help alleviate some side effects from a new medication. He immediately took me the doozie edibles and then gave me grape ape as I wanted smoke alternative. Skylar knows his stuff folks! The uncomfortable side effects I wanted gone are gone. I don't know what the he'll that person we will let it be that person. The people who work at old Toby are very sweet and treat you like family so all to those people with nasty comments can suck it.
I've been to 10 dispensaries in Southern/Middle Washington. This is my favorite shop so far. It's the only shop where I totally trusted the workers were listening to me and not just trying to push some product. The vibe was 100% positive. Uncle Ando's had a few odd products I couldn't find anywhere else.

They are so fantastic! I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.
