Topher was my bud tender and was great! Had great suggestions, polite and very knowledgeable. The gentleman at the front desk was also great. He greeted me as soon as I came in, also let me know it was going to a little wait and told me about the first visit extras. Highly recommend it!

Went grand opening very nice atmosphere good knowledgeable bud tenders who help you find the right weed or cannabis products. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anybody looking for the right relief.

Wow! The building is so nice, amazing setup inside, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, all in all this was one of the best dispensary experiences I've ever had! I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. Great weed no chemical or artificial terpes taste, clean grow and smooth smoke. Top notch weed done well and not cutting corners for a profit like 90% of grows. A premium American homegrown product. Would recommend over any other dispo and grow from Chicago to Detroit.

I visited Levels in Niles for the first time on Thursday. I have been to many other dispos in Michiana, but none of them can match Levels in size and selection! I was immediately greeted and checked in by a friendly employee. I was then taken back to a HUGE sales floor! I mean, some of the other dispos entire buildings could fit inside of it! The walls are lined with TONS of deli style and prepackaged flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, etc. They have the largest selection of strains/products that I've seen in any dispo. They also had some glass pipes and rolling papers. The budtender I had (I *think* his name was Eric) was AMAZING. He was extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to an awesome new strain! I got 25% off and two free pre rolls (that were actually decent) for being a first time customer. I will say that the regular prices might be slightly higher than the dispos in Constantine and Edwardsburg, but I will definitely be back to Levels whenever they have good deals.
