Being a new cannabis user, I was very apprehensive, but my anxiety quickly vanished. The atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting and the customer service I experienced went above and beyond. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient considering the numerous questions I asked. I came in to find a high-priced item (recommended by a friend). They did not have that item in stock. Rather than suggest a more expensive one (why not? I was prepared to pay the price anyway!), they suggested an alternate product that was actually cheaper than what I originally came in for. I took it home, tried it out and boy do they know what they are talking about! Unfortunately, due to the lockdown, I now must get advice over the phone, but hey-it works! Cannot wait to visit in person again. This will ALWAYS be my "go to" store!

This is my go to dispensary despite working right beside one. If you haven’t been here I recommend stopping by whether you’re in the area or not. It’s a clean and lovely little shop with the nicest staff in the city. If you have a question about a strain, they answer it...they don’t try to sell you something more expensive. The pricing here is another drawing point too. Purchased Pure Sunfarms Pink Kush at 21.5% THC for around $25.00 for 3.5 gs....and it was outstanding. I was lucky enough to get the last one in stock. Fingers crossed they get more. Consistently good product here that isn’t overpriced, with very friendly and laid back staff is why I keep going back. Thanks for being open during these strange times!
