Been there a few times, lazy ars treatment like I'm bothering them, he had no care in service and brushing off my questions, and im quick, it's simple, apparently not for this dolt. No clue and ignorant, thankyou Cabage, if you jkeep hiring people who don't want to be thee, your going to loose, No 5th time there and zero offer for any discount,

Won’t be shopping at this store ever again. My husband and I just bought a new bong half an hour ago, get it home, rinse it out, fill it with water and the bottom shattered. Not even 10 minutes of owning it. We hadn’t even opened our bag of weed yet!! Go back to the store to hope for at least a replacement or refund, and NOPE. They wouldn’t do anything except give a discount to buy another one. Why would I want to buy another bong that will just break? Ive been smoking weed for over 12 years, so no it’s not my first time with a bong. I’ve never had such awful customer service. My husband and I have been loyal customers ever since this store has opened, spend thousands of dollars and it’s super unfortunate we will never be back.

What a joke this place is. I go to order and there’s only two people behind me in line. The lady says if I didn’t pre order I I had to wait for the people behind me. Then she proceeds to tell me to phone my order in it’ll be faster. Which I cannot because I don’t own a cell phone.

First time purchasing from this place last week, my impression was that a bunch of young pot loving rookies are running the place. Not a fan, won’t be back.

Finally checked this place out after driving past it everyday after work since it opened! Really liked the atmosphere , it was kind of set up like a bank - tellers at the front of a big room with minimal, but nice, decor. Felt very clean and fresh. I also loved the fact that they had bud out in little canisters so you can smell certain strains before you buy. I was greeted by what kind of felt like an approachable bouncer, super friendly. After that though, I was pretty unhappy with the customer service. I felt ignored for a while and got into a couple different “ lines” (there were only like 6 people in the store, in groups) before anyone even looked up to acknowledge me. It was awkward. Eventually a guy acknowledged me after he was done talking to people, only because he had to (by law) not check them out because he knew them. Then he randomly bailed because of his friends again and asked another lady to help me. She was SUPER helpful and really knowledgeable. I really appreciated her taking her time in helping me get what I was looking for. Very professional. (I was a little disappointed that they didn’t seem to have a full inventory as they were out of some menu items). BUT then, the guy’s friends were ready to check out so I had to trade again. He quickly informed me I couldn’t have the weed I chose because it wasn’t in their inventory (somehow) and he was less than helpful about something to replace it- but I picked something. I bought 3 different products (I recommend ‘ghost ship’ ! ) Overall I would go back because Of the atmosphere, the lady who helped me and the products they provide. I hope to try the kind I couldn’t buy eventually. I do wish that they had edibles, not sure that’s legal for them to sell yet tho. I also hope the checking out situation sorts itself out.

just went here was looking for a joint to just chill and play elder Scrolls Online... Saw online they had Sugarleaf 1grams for $10.62 so I was like awesome was $24 all together....fuck taxes! get there I'm inline, digital screen say Sugarleaf... went up, dudes like no sugar leaf in.... 1st it shouldn't have been up or say available online & be on screen in store.... dude hands me some papers saying the old fucking line having some problems with stock & shit! I look at what's available for pre rolls... they are all multi packs and prices are $90 fucking dollars like get fucked! I just wanted a joint to chill.... Fuck your prices!

Finally decided to check this place out after hearing about it for weeks, and I couldn't be happier! I loved the atmosphere of the store, everything looks very clean and professional. The girl that was helping me was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and was happy to answer my questions without rush me along. And most importantly, the product was some of the best I've had. Overall, no complaints.

The prices here are SCIENCE FICTION!! A 25ml bottle of Edison's Hybrid Oil here costs $48.67 but the IDENTICAL PRODUCT is only $29.95 at OCS online. I'LL NEVER BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

This place is by far the best store in Hamilton. They have a huge selection of product always and they actually serve you based on a line. The staff are helpful and the place is extremely clean and well kept. Will be going back again, worth the commute for sure.

Great staff, great store. Every shipment they give you full selection of what they ordered and received. Menu has something for everyone.

Employees giving out misinformation, saying Cbd is the opposite of THC. What they advertise is not even close to the thc/cbd %. All under 20% which is like smoking a cigarette to an avid smoker. Super dry, tasteless. Just because u can rehydrate it with those packs u sell does not bring back the thc gone from over dtying

Great retail store in the town of Dundas, ON. They have a great selection of products from oils to flower and pre-rolls. Great prices as well, pretty in line with the OCS. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will return. A big fan of the Solei Unplug oil, Solei Gather flower and everything from Boken Coast is fire! Will return when back in the area! The only critical feedback I have is that sometimes the bud can be a little on the drier side, which isn't the fault of the retailer but keep this in mind. Easy fix is to grab a humidity pack such as from Boveda, toss your buds in a mason jar with the pack and in a day or two your bud will be back to the freshness it should be at.

Hello Cannabis is the best dispensary that I've been to, what separates them is their customer service, it's in a convenient area by bus, car and all of their staff seem extremely happy which makes it a very attractive business to enter.

It’s a little out of the way, but worth the trip. The store is bright and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The Tweed softgels were a great find. I just wish I had taken more time to browse.

Poor product. Expensive prices. To add insult to injury several staff members are unhelpful and rude. Customer service isn't a priority thanks to the government enforcing a monopoly.

Great product selection and store layout. Above all the staff are exceptionally educated and focused on each customer that has any questions. Its a friendly vibe that is welcoming and refreshing from previous retail experiences in cannabis (and many other industries).

The girl that served me was pleasant and knew what she was doing.I'm 62 and this is the first time I didn't have to worry. I only wish they were a little closer to home. I will be back.

This place looks incredible to say the least, and their staff is the most knowledgeable and supportive people I've ever met! They have an amazing assortment of products - best I've come across yet, and everyone was happy to answer all my weird questions! Expect me as a regular :)

Noob here. First time ever going into a dispensary. Warm, welcoming and very knowledgable staff made this experience stress free and fun. From beginning to end, an amazing experience.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel rushed along, they made sure I left with what I was looking for. Prices were fair and the product is the best I’ve had.
