Twenty Four Karats

Was a long time customer until today when I bought bad shatter that tasted like burnt hair and made me Gag and cough forever. Called the store to inquire what to do and the guys whole attitude was your loss to bad so sad but you can contact the company . So after trying to find a website ,phone number, social media or anything for the company .there was nothing to be found . So I called back got another employee and asked for contact info for the company and same sarcastic condescending tone of the other guy that first answered " we don't have any contact info for the company " me so what can I even do then ? Him same tone " nothing you can do " then giggles abit like this was the best part of his day telling a customer there effed and there's nothing they can do about it . Thats bad business . Ill give my regular business to another local business from now on .

This is my favourite dispensary by far! Everything from the prices, the variety of product, the amazing staff and the great atmosphere in the building, highly recommend.
