Dr. Shannon has been doing my certifications since I got my card 3 or 4 years ago. She takes great care of me and makes the recertification process stress free. I highly recommend her.

The zoom process is so convenient. They also charge less than any other place I have found. They make the process as simple as possible, their follow up emails are amazing.
