Raised in the Bronx, New York, Will Perry recalls smelling weed in his house as a teen and being curious about it later on when Wiz Khalifa released “How Fly.” He describes listening to the mixtape “three or four times in a row, no skips,” a night that he would label a “spiritual experience” that opened his eyes to the “magic” of cannabis.
A self-proclaimed “cannapreneur,” Will launched Magic Hour Cannabis, a Portland-based, dynamic craft cannabis grow and lifestyle brand, with business partner Adriana Ruiz Carlile.
The company specializes in producing organic, pesticide-free, top-shelf cannabis flower with rich terpene profiles. Will tells Leafly that through Magic Hour, his intention is to help bridge the gap between weed and culture by using social media to convey that “cannabis is about much more than getting high: It’s an incredible plant that evokes creativity, positivity, and tranquility.”
