Hemp is bringing us new experiences—and fresh perspectives.

Whether you want a chill time or a wild ride, hemp, it turns out, has something for everybody. You’ve heard of delta-8’s mellow vibes and delta-10’s get-up-and-go attitude, but with even more innovations coming on the market every day, it’s not the sky that’s the limit—it’s somewhere out in the galaxy.

It’s crucial to have careful scientists behind the wheel of any hemp extract.

HHC, or hexahydrocannabinol, is just one of these relative newcomers to the hemp-derived cannabinoid scene. Like delta-8 and delta-10, HHC has a different legal standing than standard THC, although it provides a similar experience. What sets HHC apart is the onset of its effects— almost instant when vaped, compared to a couple of minutes for other cannabinoids—and its sativa-like head high. Milligram-per-milligram, it’s generally regarded as less potent than delta-8, but a high-quality extract from a company that knows what it’s doing makes a world of difference. Depending on the extract and the consumer, HHC can end up hitting harder than other cannabinoids.

You’ve heard about delta-8. Now, meet delta-10.

Delta Extrax is on the frontier of these new hemp highs—but while they get their products out quickly, they don’t rush the process. It’s crucial to have careful scientists behind the wheel of any hemp extract. With HHC, it’s crucial to not just safety, but potency. The extraction process can be volatile, and the end result can vary wildly.

A trustworthy source delivers consistent products made safely, whether it’s HHC or other hemp-derived cannabinoids like delta-8, delta-10, or THC-O.

Here’s why.

Where does HHC come from?

HHC occurs naturally in the seeds and pollen of hemp plants, but like many cannabis compounds, HHC was first synthesized in the 1940s. In this case, American chemist Roger Adams created HHC from standard THC through hydrogenation, which is the process used to create margarine.

CBD is typically the starting point nowadays. HHC is, ideally, derived safely in a lab environment—don’t try this at home!

This process results in two different kinds of HHC molecules, but one is more active than the other, so the potency of the end product can vary. It’s another reason to always go with a brand you trust so you know you’re getting a product that will work for you. Brands like Delta Extrax have easily accessible lab results so you can always vet your HHC.

What does HHC feel like?

HHC is going to affect each person differently, but most report a more active, productive high than other cannabinoids, including Delta Extrax consumers. Like standard cannabis, different strains will also give you a different result. For the HHC vapes in its Hydro Collection, Delta Extrax uses four classic strains: Blue Widow, Cherry Pie, God’s Gift, and Purple Punch.

Blue Widow is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain with a balanced high and a citrus and pine taste, although many users describe a grape flavor! Consumers also report that it’s, “perfect for daytime use” or a “leisurely day off.” They add that it packs a punch: One consumer described it as, “like weed medium if delta-8 is like weed light.” This one’s available as a premium cartridge.

Cherry Pie, also available in a premium cartridge, is more of a true hybrid-and-chill in any scenario. One consumer says, “the calm and relief roll over you easily,” and another says that they reach for this before THC.

God’s Gift is an iconic, dreamy indica with a kind of hazy relaxation. While it has deep relaxing effects, it also sparks creativity and wonder. “This cart had me seeing the Holy Spirit,” reported one fan. “I’m still talking in tongues.” This strain comes in a premium disposable vape pen.

Purple Punch is an evenly balanced hybrid strain that hits the spot in any activity. One review is incredibly straightforward: “This sh*t is fire!” Find this one in a premium disposable vape pen.

All the cannabinoids fit to vape

As HHC takes the world by storm, two other hemp-derived cannabinoids are shining just as bright: THC-O and THCP. It’s essential to try these emerging cannabinoids from a trusted source, and Delta Extrax has plenty of high-quality extracts to choose from.

THC-O is an incredibly potent compound that comes on strong—typically even stronger than standard THC. Delta Extrax’s Omega Collection features two premium disposable THC-O vapes: Hybrid GSC and indica Berry Gelato. For an otherworldly experience, try Delta Extrax’s Chronix collection, featuring a dream team of THC-O, delta-8, and delta-10.

THCP was just discovered in 2020 and has a unique ability to bind to significantly more receptors than other cannabinoids, making it more active in the brain—and possibly combatting high tolerances. To try this cannabinoid in a thoughtful blend with delta-8, turn to Delta Extrax’s Platinum collection where you’ll find disposable THCP vapes available in hybrid Sunset Sherbert or sativa Mai Tai.
